I tried watching some highlights, but the video kept buffering and then crashed twice. My internet was working fine too, so I don’t think it was on my end. It just got annoying because I only wanted to quickly catch up, and then...
"Support really took their time"
I reached out to seahawks.com support about an order issue it kind of felt like my message just sat there for days. When they finally replied, they didn’t really answer what I was asking, which was frustrating. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but at least a helpful response would’ve been nice.

"Seahawks Mobile Site: A Fun Little Test of Patience"
I tried using seahawks.com on my phone, and wow, what an experience, if by experience you mean watching pages load like it’s 2009 and tapping buttons three times just to see if they’re still alive. The menus kept jumping around, videos and ads were all over the place, and all I wanted was to check some team news and look at tickets. Silly me, expecting a mobile website to work on mobile. I gave up after a few minutes. Frustrating overall.

"Honestly, buying tickets was a hassle"
I’m not trying to be dramatic, but the whole ticket-buying process was a mess for me. Checkout kept failing over and over, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really do much to help. I get that tech issues happen, but it shouldn’t be this hard just to buy tickets.

"The site looks nice and is easy..."
The site looks nice and is easy enough to browse, but the articles feel short, a bit repetitive after a while. I kept expecting more detailed updates or at least some more real info about the team, but it just wasn’t really there. It’s not bad, it just feels like it needs more substance.

"My order never showed up"
I ordered a hoodie from Seattle Seahawks and the tracking just randomly stopped updating. I reached out to support, but they kept sending the same copy-and-paste response, which felt unnecessary since it didn’t actually help. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten a refund. Definitely not ordering from them again.
"Way too many extra fees"
I tried buying tickets on seahawks.com and the price seemed reasonable at first, but then all the fees popped up at checkout. By the end, it was way more than I expected, which felt kind of sneaky lol.
I totally get that tickets aren’t cheap, but the extra add-ons and service charges were a bit much. I’d rather they just show the real price upfront so there aren’t any surprises

"A bit frustrating to navigate"
I wanted to like using the site, and some parts seem fine, but the menus kept freezing on me. It made the whole experience frustrating, even though I feel like it could be decent if that issue got fixed.

"Apparently My Hoodie Took the Scenic Route"
I ordered a hoodie from seahawks.com and it took almost three weeks to show up, which was super fun if you're into waiting forever for something you already paid for. The tracking barely updated, so I got to enjoy the thrilling mystery of where my package might be. Customer service was no help either, just the same copy-paste response every time. Definitely not ordering from them again.
